Getting up early has always been an interesting concept to me. Even though it is 8am right now, I popped up at 6. Am I rested? Not sure....Am I more productive? I guess. But had I gotten more REM sleep, I would probably be better off in general. But, like I said, I popped up. Let's take race car drivers for instance. Race Day, they are up early!
So, what did they do, shut it all of at 10pm the night before?  Don't think so. Not doing there best are they? More later.....

Frank and drummer Andy Hubbard (Little Big Town) have formed the hottest wedding reception act in Nashville featuring players from Carrie Underwood, Josh Turner, Martina McBride and the like.

Frank showed up last thursday night and ended up on stage for songwriters night.
This was quite an experience! Always a great sound system! Special thanks to the host miss Silva!
